Parisiana Punch recipe

Ingredients

  • 75 cl Champagne
    30 cl madeira
    12.5 cl cognac
    1/2 cup sugar
    2 lemons


Add madeira, cognac, sugar and lemons (washed and halved) to a large jug. Mix until sugar dissolves, and chill for 2 - 3 hours. Add the champagne, and serve in wine glasses. Punches
