Icy Ice recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 oz lime juice
    1 oz lemon juice
    1 oz orange juice
    1 oz cranberry juice
    1 pinch salt
    1 scoop lime ice cream
    1 pinch lemon zest
    Pepsi cola


 1. Stir the juices together in a freezable container and freeze until ice. Crush the ice finely with the lemon zest, and mix salt into the crushed ice.

2. Pour the Pepsi into a highball glass, and quickly add the ice cream and cover with the crushed ice to prevent it flowing out. Serve. Non Alcoholic

'Muddle rockmelon and pineapple chunks with sugar in the bottom of a highball glass. Add Bacardi white rum and a few ice cubes. Top with orange squash (premixed with water as per normal cordial ratio).
